Brain Bashers Tutors does not endorse or provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of these User Reports. We do not independently verify the information contained in User Reports beyond the documents or details that Users themselves upload to the Platform.

You hereby consent to Brain Bashers Tutors collecting, using, and processing the information contained in these User Reports. You also agree that we may disclose such information if required by a court order or government directive, to an affiliate company, or to a third party provided that the confidentiality of the information is assured by that third party. You acknowledge and accept that Brain Bashers Tutors may, at its sole discretion, review and rely on the information in User Reports when deciding whether to suspend or terminate a User’s access, or when investigating a complaint. However, Brain Bashers Tutors shall not be held responsible or liable for any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or untimeliness of information in the User Reports concerning any person, including any User. Users who are the subject of a consumer report may contact the relevant reporting agency directly to dispute the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information. Brain Bashers Tutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Platform based on information contained in a User Report or for any other reasonable cause, including but not limited to concerns for the safety and security of other Users, at our sole discretion.
